Michael is a very personable tour guide and very knowledgeable. He asks questions in order to personalize the tour for his clients as much as possible. We were thrilled with the location of the winery. The hosts at the winery were delightful, as well as the wine. The village is charming.

As newbies to wine tasting, we were very open to whatever this experience would bring. There is no question that we were extremely satisfied!. With our guide, Michael, we visited three distinct wineries during the course of the day. Michael was attentive, intelligent, informative and really fun. Included in the day was a lunch stop at a lovely little restaurant where we ate a delicious traditional meal of lechazo, bread, salad and a very light cheesecake.

You'll visit two wineries. Each winery is selected in order to show contrast, and each producing high quality wines.

What wines will we taste?

The main grape of the region is the native red variety Bobal, though we'll also likely have the opportunity to try white and sparkling wines also.

Is lunch included? If so, what is served?

Yes. Lunch is included in the price and includes a starter, a rice dish for mains and dessert. Wine, coffee and water are also served.

Where is the pickup, and how long is the tour?

Pickup is from your hotel or accommodation in Valencia. The day lasts around 8.5 hours, including winery visits, tastings, and lunch.

What should I wear or bring?

Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking around vineyards (weather permitting) and wineries. Bring a light jacket or sweater for cellar visits, which can be cool.
