Day One: The Heart of Ribera del Duero

We’ll depart Madrid (or other pickup destination) in the morning and head straight into the vineyards of Ribera del Duero. Our first stop is a private visit to a leading winery, where you’ll explore the vineyard, learn about the winemaking process, and taste a selection of outstanding wines.

Lunch is a traditional feast of lechazo asado (the region’s famous roast lamb), with vegetarian options available. In the afternoon, you can choose between another winery visit or a private guided tasting of handpicked wines from the DO.

Before some time to relax and prepare for dinner, we’ll visit an artisanal winery producing around 12,000 bottles a year, where you’ll see how small producers craft exceptional wines while respecting the land and their heritage.

As the day winds down, there will be time to relax before gathering for a modern take on Ribera del Duero’s cuisine.

Day Two: The Golden Mile and Unforgettable Wines

The following morning, we’ll visit another outstanding winery along the famous Golden Mile, home to some of Ribera del Duero’s most iconic producers. This is your opportunity to deepen your knowledge, ask questions, and enjoy more of the bold, elegant wines that define the region.

Before heading back, we’ll keep the pace relaxed, and if the group fancies one last stop at a local wine bar for a final glass, we’ll make it happen.
